FEAST SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY | COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Outlined below you will find information in relating to official Feast Social Media including Social Media Platforms used by Feast, policy, community guidelines & response timeframes etc.
Our official social media sites are created for you to interact with Feast Festival and to access information about Feast and the services that we offer, along with additional related information, and we ask you to respect and adhere to our guidelines for engagement.
Feast Social Media platforms are managed by administration staff at Feast Festival. They are monitored checked Monday to Friday during office hours only.
We are not in a position to answer individual questions of a personal nature on this forum. Any direct enquiries need to be directed to our Board of Management on 08 8463 0684 or via email where one of our team members will be more than happy to assist you or direct you to the best person.
By “liking”, "sharing" or taking part in conversation on our Social Media platforms ie. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat you agree to our basic page use guidelines:
- No offensive, discriminatory or threatening language
- No violent content
- No inflammatory religious content
- No attacks against our staff, clients or other Facebook page users
- No spam, commercial promotions or unsolicited advertising
- Links to third party websites may be removed at the discretion of the Facebook page administrators
- Do not post material in violation of a trademark or copyright laws or other laws
- Comments should be relevant to the post or topic
- At all times, please comply with the terms and policies of the relevant Social Media platform being used ie. Facebook, Twitter etc
Feast Festival's Social Media administrators reserve the right to remove, delete or hide any posts or comments which don’t abide by these guidelines. Repeat offenders may be blocked from posting in the future.
Feast Festival claims no liability in any way connected to the use of or access to the Feast Festival Social Media platforms.
Information individuals share with the community on or through the range of Feast Social Media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and other platforms, including (but not limited to) comments and wall posts, may be re-posted on or through the range of Feast Social Media platforms by Feast Festival's Social Media page administrators.
