Participating as a volunteer
Volunteering for Feast is a rewarding experience that can be a lot of fun and provide you with excellent opportunities to
- meet new people
- maintain existing skills and/or develop new ones
- support, improve and extend Feast
- get involved in decision making
- contribute to your community in a meaningful way
There are many ways to be involved including
- office crew
- set-up crew
- front of house crew
- bar crew
- raffle ticket sellers
- bump-out crew
- stage management crew
- Picnic in the Park crew
Volunteers are of enormous value to Feast and in many ways your efforts make sure that Feast happens.
If you are ready to register as a volunteer click on the I want to participate in Feast button to the upper right and then the volunteer button to fill in and submit a volunteer registration form.
If you would like further information contact the Volunteer Coordinator Kirsten Uhrig on admin@feast.org.au
Participating as a stall holder
Why not participate as a stall holder at the Opening Night Party or at Picnic in the Park ?
Stalls are available for community groups, individual traders, businesses and food sellers.
Opening Night Party follows Pride March and attracts about 4000 attendances.
Picnic in the Park is on the last day of Feast, a Sunday, from 12 noon until 6.00 pm. There are at least 2,000 people in attendance at any one time during the day and up to 8000 people over the whole day depending on the weather.
If you want further information contact admin@feast.org.au
